What’s new under the sun? Wow … My last post was in November! A lot has happened since then.

Let’s see. I guess the first thing is that I’m no longer employed by Expedia, Inc (aka Hotels.com). I left on December 15th to work for Verizon Business. They’re a great place to work so far. I have my own office, located conveniently in my apartment. :)

Brittany moved in with me at the first of the year. Her Dad still doesn’t approve, but I think I’m growing on him. It’s going well so far, and it really doesn’t look like we’re ever going to argue. We’ve been “dating” for a year now, and I don’t think there has ever been a cross word. It’s a little bizarre actually.

I was in San Francisco last week. I have pictures from the trip, but they’re on my phone and I don’t have a way to get them off just now.

I also had a birthday last week!

We got a kitten. His name was Figaro, but that just didn’t suit him at all, so we changed his name to Shai (pronounced “shy”). Here are some pictures:

He’s cute as can be, and spends most of his waking hours playing. He’s not at all the “lay around and sleep” all day type of cat.
